Debbie’s birthday and mine are both a few days apart in October. Because we seldom see one another outside of funerals or other sad gatherings, we began getting together in October to celebrate our birthdays and catch up.

We had talked for a long time in the past about the large photo collection that she inherited from her grandfather, Francis Grace. No one else in her family had great interest, but people like us do! In October of 2023, we met and she lent me three large photo albums to scan and archive for future sharing. Albums 1, 2 and 3 can be viewed at “Photos Shared by Debbie Bent October 2023”. There is also  “The Big Box” of miscellaneous photos and memorabilia that she lent to me just after Thanksgiving. Those photos are being hosted here on this page.
